All of our pre-stressed concrete spun poles meet EDC strict specification. Our poles have a safety factor of 2.5 as specified by EDC. Our factory has a base capacity of “10± poles” per hour. We are able to produce “80± base poles” per shift. We can increase shift and/or hours in a shift to meet project needs. We can produce custom poles to customer’s needs up to 14 meters in length and 3 tons in weight. Provide us your specifications and our team will design the optimal pole.

Our PC / PHC class A spun piles have a base capacity of “12± piles” per hour. PHC pile specifications provide on request. Our company is able to produce “96± piles” per shift. We can increase shift and /or hours in a shift to meet project needs. Piles can be produced up to 400mm in diameter and 12m in length. Provide us your specification and our team will help you design the optimal pile.

Our pipes can meet the ASTMC76M, DIN 4035, and JIS standards. We are a member of ACPA ( American Concrete Pipe Association). Our reinforced concrete vibration pipes have a base capacity of “5± pipes” per hour. For base pipes our company is able to produce “40± pipes”per shift. We can increase shifts and / or hours in a shift to meet project needs. Provide us your specification and our team will help you design the optimal pipe.
